The HUMGRA Gallery , through the corresponding courier company, delivers to all municipalities in Colombian territory and outside the country.


Delivery times begin to count from the confirmation of the purchase, for payments by credit and debit card/PSE, the payment platform, Paypal, must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data, which may take time. up to one business day. At the time of payment approval, you will receive an email confirming the payment. Deliveries cannot be made on an exact schedule. The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the carrier's guide will be sufficient; However, the person receiving the product must refrain from receiving it if the packaging is damaged, broken, opened or otherwise, leaving a proper note or record of this fact.

In the event that there are delays with the carrier or any unforeseen event or force majeure with the dispatch, we will send you a message by any of the following means: registered email, Whatsapp, or text message (SMS or email), informing about the delay and setting a new date for shipping.


It only applies to the Urban Perimeter of Bogotá, according to resolution 228 of 2015 of the District Planning Secretariat", to select this delivery option you must select the “Express” option at checkout.

When you choose this service, and the payment transaction is approved before 11:00 am on that day, you will receive the products on the same day you purchased them. The delivery visit takes place during the day.

If the payment transaction is approved after 11:00 am on that day, you will receive the products on the business day (Monday to Friday) following the day you purchased them. Namely, if the transaction is approved on Saturday after 11:00 am, you will receive the products on the following business Monday. The delivery visit takes place during the day.

The service is not provided on Sundays or holidays.

The service does not apply to payment on delivery, Telesales, Efecty, and Baloto.

The service can be chosen only for purchases made on business days between Monday and Friday before 11:59 pm

If it is not possible to fulfill the delivery promise, and your order is not delivered within the established times, and as long as there is no fortuitous event or force majeure (among which is, as an example: restrictions on mobility, strikes, stoppages, attacks, fluid cuts, landslides, earthquakes, bridge falls, pandemics, among others), please contact* us so that we can manage the refund of the amount paid for the express delivery service (only will charge the value corresponding to the normal delivery service). It is important to keep in mind that fulfillment of the delivery promise corresponds to the first visit made by the courier company to deliver the products. That is to say, if the courier company makes the visit and there is no one present at the delivery location, or the products are not received, it will not be considered a breach of the service, and therefore it will not give rise to a refund for the service. .

Delivery made to the destination address indicated by the buyer.

The buyer can choose the “Normal” option, if they will make the payment online or pay online through Credit and/or Debit Cards (PSE), Paypal or they can choose the “Cash payment on delivery” option if they wish to make the payment. at the time you receive the product at the indicated destination address (applies only to recurring customers).


To receive at home in the “Normal” option, the address and municipality indicated by the buyer must correspond to the municipalities that the carrier has coverage.


Shipping of orders is free in Colombia.

Eventually the HUMGRA Gallery will make free shipping available to the customer and it is the power of the HUMGRA Gallery to activate this option or not.


In the event that the customer has received the order with something new, such as an alteration in the packaging or a missing product, they must inform the Customer Service line: +57 322 7890799, from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. at 5:00 pm, or to the email, within 3 business days following receipt of the order. After this term there will be no claim for this reason.
