Warranty policy for online store

To make the guarantee effective, you must present the invoice/purchase slip or the buyer's ID number. If you prefer to refrain from giving your ID number, the presentation of the invoice/purchase slip will be essential.

NOTE: If your purchase of a product from the HUMGRA Gallery was made in an allied commercial establishment, acting as a third party (Ex: Mercadolibre, OLX, Natural Person, etc.), the warranty procedure must be carried out directly with them and will be governed under their established warranty policies.

The purpose of this document is to establish the guidelines and procedures to make a request for effectiveness of the Guarantee of our products.

  1. TERM OF THE WARRANTY OF OUR PRODUCTS

The guarantee will apply to the works and sculptures when they present breaks, tears, damage or the product is incomplete, different from those seen or recorded in the gallery photos, in this sense, it will not apply for exchange due to guarantee.

  1. PROCEDURE TO MAKE THE WARRANTY EFFECTIVE FOR FACTORY DEFECTS.

The HUMGRA Gallery will only make the guarantee effective for those imperfections that are not registered in the photographs registered in the gallery and the gallery can verify and verify conformity according to the process listed below:

PHYSICAL OR VIRTUAL VISITS

Any product that you purchase at the HUMGRA Gallery and that, in the joint judgment, present imperfections that are not in the photographs registered in the gallery, you must arrange for its return to the gallery, along with a copy of the invoice/purchase strip, indicating the purchase number. identification of the buyer and inform the reason for the guarantee request and any new features that the product may present.

Once the product is received, the HUMGRA Gallery . will have a maximum period of 15 business days to provide you with a solution or response:

Free repair of faults in the product. In this case, the product will be returned duly repaired or changed (with prior agreement), by the same means in which it was delivered.

If it is not possible to repair the fault, we will contact you taking into account the information you provided us at the time of delivery of the product, and you will have the possibility of exchanging the product as follows: - for another one with the same characteristics, subject to the availability in inventory or by - another reference (author, theme, etc.) of the same or higher value (surplus assumed by the consumer).

If it is not possible to repair the fault (new warranty request), you may request a refund within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days.

If the guarantee does not apply, we will contact you, taking into account the information you provided us at the time of delivery of the product, to inform you that you can pick it up at the gallery or coordinate its shipping.

Note: You must bear in mind that you will only be able to choose options two (II) or three (III) when it has not been possible to repair the fault (new) or when it recurs.

For gifted products, point three (III) will not apply, taking into account that it has a value of zero ($0).

EXCLUSIVE FOR ONLINE STORE 

If you make the purchase in our online store, you can choose one of the following alternatives:

  1. Approach the HUMGRA Gallery or agreed place (physical or virtual) at a national or international level, bringing the product (work or sculpture) in optimal conditions, along with a copy of the invoice/purchase strip, gift invoice or indicating the number identification of the buyer and report the flaws (novelty) that the product (work or sculpture) presents.
  2. Carry out the warranty procedure on our website, taking into account the following steps:

Step 1: You can file the warranty request by requesting contact with the Customer Service area at the telephone number 322 7890799 (Monday to Friday from 07:00 am to 05:00 pm) or through our email contacto@humgrarte .com , providing the invoice/purchase slip, gift invoice or indicating the buyer's identification number along with the defects (newness) that the product considers present.

Step 2: You must request collection or send the product (work or sculpture) to the carrier, or we assign you a tracking number so that you can go to any point on our carrier and send it for free.

Step 3: Deliver the product to the carrier properly packaged and in optimal conservation conditions. However, it is important that the packaging is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it cannot be affected during the transportation process, otherwise Otherwise the warranty will be lost.

Step 4: Once the product is received, the HUMGRA Gallery will have a maximum period of 15 business days to provide you with a solution or response to your request.

  1. ASPECTS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY

The HUMGRA Gallery does not cover guarantees on products marketed that show signs of:

  1. Abuse (incorrect handling), improper use, failure to follow instructions on maintenance, use and care.
  2. Intervention, repair and adaptation by unauthorized third parties.
  3. Use or applications different in any way from those for which the product is not designed, removal or alteration of the product.
