is a Colombian visual artist whose work explores the human condition through a distinctive dialogue between figurative painting, symbolism and surrealism. The human figure lies at the center of his practice, becoming a territory for examining freedom, desire, vulnerability and the internal tensions that shape our experience.

His compositions move between the recognizable and the unexpected, combining drawing, figurative elements, abstraction, color and layered symbolism to construct scenes that feel both physical and psychological. Rather than belonging to a fixed artistic category, Stevenson approaches painting as a form of visual alchemy—transforming bodies, objects and imagined spaces into narratives open to interpretation.

Trained in Advertising and Graphic Design at Universidad del Litoral in Barranquilla, Stevenson also pursued studies in drawing, painting, sculpture and stained glass. His career includes solo and group exhibitions in Colombia as well as international presentations in Spain, Cuba, the United States and Venezuela. This multidisciplinary background continues to inform a practice defined by experimentation, strong figurative construction and a deeply personal visual language.
